Happy birthday Jeanie and Elvis! ♥️ We are back in the French Quarter for a few days. Our RV park is within walking distance (the only one) but I forgot what living in a city was like! Traffic noise, cars, trucks, horns, sirens, etc. 😳 It really doesn’t bother me, but it’s been a long time – like since the 70s!

Thanks for the updates. If you’re going up Canal street there is also a great little local bar/restaurant called Mandina’s. We always used to go there for lunch for Po Boys and the blue crab claws. They were shut down after Katrina and I’m not sure if they’ve reopened yet. Haven’t been to NOLA in a while. Love seeing the pictures and hearing the stories. Have fun and be safe!

Our paths almost crossed! Matt and I planned a quick trip to NOLA to watch the Bulls play 1/8, but decided we had to finish up home projects. Bummer. Looks like a great time.
