One of the suburbs by UPS that worked off duty for us sent a team to work in NY after 9/11. When they came back they had hats made and gave all the proceeds to the families of the fallen police officers of the precinct they worked with. Payton chewed the brim off my hat years ago (she was distressing all our hats long before it became fashionable) and I refused to throw it out. I wear it once a year. Dreary day to go up on Boyne mountain
